The Corporate Greening Process has several components:

• INTERVIEW: At the beginning of the process, an interview by the Green Certified Consultant along with the business management team will be conducted to determine the extent of the existing “Green Practices” already in place and to establish the goals and issues of the business.
• ASSESSMENT: The assessment is very meticulous and comprehensive and cannot be expedited in any way. The consultant will review and analyze all Energy, Water and Waste Management cost and practices, examine HVAC System(s), Fleet Management Audit, conduct Air Quality Check, Inspect Insulation, and Review existing Green Practices. There are over (200) plausible checklist tasks to be conducted, examined and reviewed. The full assessment could take anywhere from a few days to a week depending on the size and/or condition of the building.
• RECOMMENDATION: Once the assessment is completed the contents will be analyzed and evaluated to determined plausible and practical sustainable improvement recommendations.
• CLEAN ENERGY PROPOSAL: There are a number of Clean Energy Options and alternatives that are suitable and cost effective for any type of business. We will set-up service inspection(s) with qualified electrical engineers and technicians to review and analyze your currant energy systems.
• GREEN TEAM TRAINING: In order to maintain compliance an in-house Green Team committee or Green Officer training will be provided. The certified green consultant will train and coach the team live on site and through e-mail correspondence for updates. Green Team Training is the catalyst for sustainable retention and effectiveness.
• COMPLIANCE: A basic sustainability plan will be prepared to recount the environmental progress of the company, and may propose additional steps to further improve the sustainability level of the business or certification level of achievement.
• PRESS-RELEASE: (Optional) A press-release will be submitted and distributed to all multi-media sources. The PR will be professionally written and researched. This is a great public relation marketing tool and corporate image enhancer. Greenvolution has had National recognition with some of our clients- numerous Magazine Articles including the The Retail Council of Canada, Canadian Grocer, CTV News, CBC Radio, and numerous local prints.
• GREEN SUPPORT: Green is progressive rather than static; therefore our green consultants will maintain a monthly correspondence by e-mail directed to your green committee or green officer to provide ongoing support, to encourage further implementation of Green Practices and to address further issues that may arise. We will also provide informative green up-dates, follow-up and feedback to questions regarding sustainability.
• ANNUAL AUDITS: Degradation of Green Practices happens from neglect, change in personnel, and corporate decisions that may alter the processes that are currently in place. Going Green is a commitment to environmental practices, there is a need to annually review the program and processes to assure continuation and improvement.
